Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided through maaps.it.com ("MAAPS," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

MAAPS provides IT-related services, including but not limited to POS support, computer networking services, audio-visual solutions, data center services, low-voltage technical services, and end-user computing support. Specific details, scope, and deliverables will be defined in separate agreements, proposals, or statements of work entered into between MAAPS and the client.

3. Service Delivery

We aim to deliver our services with professionalism and industry-standard quality. However, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at our discretion.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the provision of services. Clients must also ensure their technical environment meets the required specifications and provide reasonable access to systems, facilities, and personnel as needed for effective service delivery.

5. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be outlined in applicable agreements, proposals, or invoices. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are quoted in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms, including due dates and penalties for late payment, will be defined in the relevant agreement or invoice.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to MAAPS services, including but not limited to software, documentation, processes, designs, methodologies, and technical materials, remain the property of MAAPS or its licensors. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of our services without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of client information and will take reasonable measures to safeguard it. Clients also agree to protect and not disclose any proprietary or confidential information shared by MAAPS during the course of service delivery.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MAAPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from:

  • (a) the use or inability to use our services;
  • (b) unauthorized access to or use of our systems or data; or
  • (c) viruses, malware, or other harmful components transmitted by third parties.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable contract. Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Provisions that by their nature are intended to survive termination shall remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

MAAPS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be posted on maaps.it.com. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
